Unfold it on a flat surface area
Connect the adapter with the massager body and plug it into a socket.
Position yourself with your shoulders approximately 5cm away from the air chambers for your neck
Select your setting and get ready for a great stretch!
① Select one of the 7 massage programs based on your body condition and level of stiffness
② Choose a duration of 10, 20, or 30 minutes. The massager will automatically shut off after the selected time has passed.
③ 3 different intensity level allow for customizable experience, caterin to individual preferences
* The default setting is Dynamic Program with level 2 intensity and a 10-minute runtime.
* Please avoid opening or disassembling the size zipper of the product without proper cause, as it may lead to malfunctions
* During the massage, you may hear rubbing sounds caused by the friction of the leather cover. This is a normal occurrence due to the mtaerial properties and does not indicate a defect in the product

Q. How often should I use the product and for how long?
We recommend using the product 1-3 times per day, for less than 30 minutes each time.
Q. What intensity level should I start with?
For first-time users, we suggest beginning with intensity level 1 and gradually increasing it as needed. To adjust the intensity level to 1, press the ‘Intensity’ button twice as the default intensity is level 2
Q. Are there any restrictions on body type (weight, height)?
There is no height restriction, but we recommend avoiding use if you weigh more than 120kg. Please make sure you are lying upright with your neck centered to prevent any side-to-side imbalance. Sensations may vary based on individual body balance
Q. What should I do if the massager body is dirty or broken?
Light dirt can be removed by wiping with a dry towel.
